Shipping

We ship relatively anywhere in the world! Our "Free Shipping over $100" promotion only applies to US Shipping Only.

Standard/Ground Shipping: Allow 1-2 business days (Excluding Weekends & All U.S. Federal Holidays) for processing before order ships from warehouse.

Second/Next Day Air: Allow 24 hours for processing before order ships from warehouse (Excluding Weekends & All U.S. Federal Holidays)

Delivery Time: Time begins calculating once order has shipped from the warehouse. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update from when the order has shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from:admin@getslunks.com, once your order has shipped from our warehouse. It will contain information to track your order. You can also view the tracking information by clicking here.

If your order is still unprocessed and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, you can request a change of shipping address by emailing the following address: admin@getslunks.com

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, there is no way to change your shipping address.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, there is no way to modify or change your billing address.

Returns & Exchanges

We at Slunks want our customers to be happy and love our product. To that end, we also recognize that we need to keep customers safe and to keep our business & customers healthy

To ensure that when we receive returns, it's for the right reasons. Our policy is we will accept returns within 30 days of delivered confirmation with original tags and in unworn condition and provide a full refund minus shipping costs unless the order was an error on the part of Slunks, in which case we will of course provide a full refund.

For orders returned after 30 days from the original purchase, but less than 180 days, we will offer store credit if the items are returned in unworn condition.

For orders after 180 days from the original purchase date...I mean, come on, you've had these for 6 months! We will still offer you store credit assuming your items are unwashed and unworn, with the hangtag still attached.
